JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Productivity (P):
1.Monitoring of customer complaints as per the target provided
Quality (Q):
1. To login all the customer complaints in IMS daily.
2. To ensure and initiation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions for reduction of problems at customer end.
3. To ensure customer requirements are understood by all concerned people
4. Display one point lesson and provide training to concerned people.
5. To act as a guide, trainer, facilitator in resolving customer complaints.
6. To ensure training of people on QC tools and other problem-solving techniques,
7. To participate in CFT meeting like, APQP, FMEA and contribute for the Development.
8. Process Improvement.
9. Analysis of Customer returned component & CAPA for the same.
10. Initiate CAPA for customer complaints.
11. Preparation of Management Information System.
12. To meet customer specific requirements eg PPAP, Capability reports.
13. To ensure daily basis portal verification and monitoring
14.Conducting process audit as per plan
15.Coordinates for new projects and attending review meetings
16.Conducting & monitoring the product audit as per plan
17.Monitoring layout inspection
18.Responsible for PDI function.
19.Conducting VDA audits as per plan (VW, AMG and Daimler, etc.)
20.Continual improvements monitoring
21.Conducting & Monitoring SPC study as per plan
22.Conducting internal audits as per plan

AUTHORITY
Approval of PDIR documents.

4.Authority to stop out going product to customer if any deviations noticed.
5.Authority to share the action plan to the above listed customers
6. To interact with customers with regard to customer complaints.
7. To upload analysis report of customer complaints like a customer Representative.
8. To ensure submission of customer complaint analysis report from respective plants as per stipulated.
9. Daily review & Update of customer portal.
10.Review and approval of New product PPAP documents

Knowledge of product

1.Through KPI or PMS
2.Layout and product audit NC action plan closure
3.Zero NC’s in external audit related to the above listed responsibilities.
4.NG should not out flow from PDI.
5.Ensure necessary documented information are maintained and retained as per (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) Standard as well as customer specific requirements.
