We are looking for a proactive Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and automation. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, machine troubleshooting, continuous improvement activities, and utility management to ensure maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and control-related issues in CNC machines to minimize downtime.
• Handle plant utilities such as compressors, DG sets, transformers, UPS, and power distribution systems.
• Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities to enhance machine reliability, productivity, and energy efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, CNC machine troubleshooting, and utility handling.
• Knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, electrical panels, and industrial automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
