• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with PPC, SCM, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and line balancing.
• Ensure smooth production flow and minimize bottlenecks.
• Drive adherence to customer delivery commitments.

2. Operational Excellence

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Monitor and reduce cycle time, changeover time, and process losses.
• Establish and track key production KPIs.
• Lead productivity and cost reduction projects.

3. Quality Management

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production-related issues.
• Monitor first-pass yield, rejection, rework, and scrap reduction programs.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to EHS standards and statutory requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture through regular audits and training.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and workplace regulations.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and manage production supervisors, engineers, and operators.
• Conduct skill development and cross-functional training programs.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and teamwork.

6. Cost Management

• Monitor manufacturing costs and operational expenses.
• Drive initiatives for waste reduction and productivity improvement.
• Optimize consumption of raw materials, consumables, and utilities.
• Support budgeting and cost control activities.

7. Maintenance Coordination

• Coordinate with Maintenance teams to ensure machine availability.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Minimize production downtime through proactive actions.

8. Customer & Audit Support

• Participate in customer visits and audits.
• Support internal, external, and certification audits.
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings and customer concerns.
