Job Purpose
To support process development, feasibility analysis, and new product development activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in RFQ reviews, technical feasibility studies, and project planning activities.

Review and interpret customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, and Work Instructions.

Conduct process risk assessments and establish effective process controls to ensure product quality.

Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.

Coordinate with Design, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Tooling, and Supply Chain teams for successful project execution.

Support customer audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP requirements.
Educational Qualification
-
BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Understanding of IATF 16949 standards and automotive quality requirements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Good communication and project management skills.
