Initiation of corrective & preventive action related to Mechanical breakdowns

Ensuring activities as per IMS in the department specific requirement.

Awareness of IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001, ISO 50001, ESG Standards.

DWM verification for Breakdowns & inter department requests.

Safety (S):

Ensure safety of Man & Machines during works.

Ensure identification and removal of safety hazards and safety hazards producing   activities.

Reduction of safety hazards by implementation of safety Poka yoke in process.

Knowledge on MSDS and risk,

Knowledge on Accident, Incident, safe assembly area,

Environment (E):

Focus on Zero Environmental Incident,

Knowledge on Aspect impact and Significant impact,

Knowledge on HIRA- Hazard identification and risk assessment

Knowledge on OCP, Work instruction, EMP.

Morale (M):

To facilitate QCC & Kaizen activities in Department.

Ensure implementation of good 5S on the shop floor & housekeeping practices.
