Productivity (P):

• Coordinate, organize and execute the training as per plan and additional training which are scheduled in between based on the organization requirement, changes in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS, Statutory & Regulatory, Labor & Ethics and other requirements for existing and new employees as applicable.
• To make necessary arrangements for all the Internal /External Training programs
• Conduct / Coordinate on the job training for New Employees.
• Develop multi-skilled employees as per the procedure.
• Coordinate for GET, DET training.
• Conduct the On-the-Job evaluation after On the Job program for all new Trainees, Contract Workmen and Apprentice Trainees.

Quality (Q):

• Maintain / Retain Training related documents & records.
• Conduct the on-the-job training and evaluation (Level 1) for Production operators & Coordinate for completion of OJT across all the functions as applicable.
• Coordinate for the Knowledge / Skill evaluation of Trainees as per the procedure.
• Maintain, Improve & Conduct DOJO training where applicable.
• Responsible for improving the training methodology continually by adopting the latest technologies including videos.

Cost (C):

• Reduction of Stationary costs

Delivery (D):

• Organize Re-Trainings / Refresher Trainings as per the requirements
• Co-ordinate for Intra-Plant & Interplant Skill Olympics.

Safety (S):

• Ensure the new trainees are trained on the job by using necessary PPE’s and by following all the respective safety instructions.
• Investigate the incidents / accidents if any due to lack of training / skill

Environment (E):

• Conduct 6S audit & Coordinate for 6S related activities
• Maintaining good housekeeping practices in the department
• Implement EMP in the department

Morale (M):

• Periodic Refreshment Training for All Machine Operators & Inspectors.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices in the department.
• Support Employee Engagement activities

ESG:

• Provide ESG Awareness during Induction training.
• Identify and implement improvement projects to comply with all the applicable standard requirements.
• Coordinate for Internship / Project students as per requirements
