- Should handle the overall shopfloor activities related to QA

 - Should sustaint the existing systems and drive for improvements or upgradation

 - Coordinate with internal team on day-to-day activity & support the team to achieved the expected outputs

 - Lead the QA Team by giving support and guiding in establishing strong QA function

 - Responsible for Quality performance of the plant both internal & external Customers

 - Should ensure the adherance to the Quality systems defined and implemented in the plant

 - Support Customers on Quality issues in resolving by coordinating with concerned team member

 - Set-up barrier to prevent the defect outflow to the Customer
