Job Title:  SENIOR ENGINEER

Job Description: 

 

  • Work allotment to technicians based on Preventive, Predictive schedule and Breakdown details.
  • Periodical inspection of machines for functional accuracy’s.
  • Taking appropriate preventive and corrective action to maintain quality of machine tools and utility equipment.
  • Planning of spares required for the maintenance activity.       
  • Coordinating with external agency's or suppliers to carry out the out sourced maintenance activity.
  • Updating the systems related documents.
  • Closing the Malfunction notifications and Maintenance orders in SAP.
  • Ensuring work place safety and usage of PPE’s.
  • Conducting the Energy review study.
  • Indentifying the SEU machine & taking corrective action to minimize the energy consumption.
  • Monitoring the energy meter reading daily.
  • Machine wise Energy consumption monitoring.
  • Conducting the energy saving implementation work.

 

 

  • Approval of leaves to Technicians.
  • Procurement of spares required for the Maintenance activity.
  • Verification of technicians log book and system related log books.
  • Member of cross functional team.
  • Conducting the Energy Audit.

 

 

  • Knowledge of SAP PM Module Transactions.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, EMS, OHSAS & EnMS requirements.
  • Knowledge of Operation and Maintenance of Machinery’s and Utility Equipments.
  • Good presentation and communication Skill.  
  • Management of people and spares.
