Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of industrial construction projects.

Coordinate with End users, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or risks.
-
Participate in project review meetings and provide status updates.
Design & Drawing Review

Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings for constructability and coordination.
-
Ensure that designs meet project specifications, statutory requirements, and industrial standards.

Coordinate with design consultants to resolve site-related issues.
Site Supervision & Monitoring
-
Supervise site execution activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
-
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
-
Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, and MEP works.
Quality Management
-
Ensure that construction works comply with quality standards and project specifications.
-
Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
-
Review and approve inspection reports, method statements, and quality documentation.
Contract & Cost Control

Assist in contract administration and monitoring of contractor obligations.
-
Verify contractor bills, progress reports, and quantity measurements.
-
Monitor project costs and assist in controlling variations and claims.
Safety Management
-
Ensure that contractors follow site safety and environmental standards.

Coordinate with safety teams to maintain safe working practices on site.

Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
-
Maintain proper documentation related to project execution.

Track project milestones and prepare management reports.
Required Skills
-
Strong understanding of industrial project construction processes.
-
Knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP coordination.
-
Ability to review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Familiarity with project planning and monitoring tools (MS Project )

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
-
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
-
BE/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Preferred Experience
-
Experience in industrial manufacturing plants, automotive, aerospace, forging, office fitouts.
-
Experience working with PMC firms, EPC contractors, or industrial developers.
