- Reviewed customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure product and process compliance.
- Executed prototype development and new product prove-out activities according to project plans and customer requirements.
- Participated in APQP review meetings and prepared key quality documents, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagram (PFD).
- Coordinated CTS (Customer Technical Specification) and fixture design reviews, obtaining cross-functional sign-off before implementation.
- Resolved technical issues during prototype trials and supported production sign-off to ensure smooth product launch.
- Conducted root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa Diagram), and implemented effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborated with design, production, quality, and customer teams to achieve successful new product introduction (NPI).
- Ensured all prototype and production activities met customer quality standards and delivery timelines.
