Job Description: 

PRIME FUNCTION
To ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, statutory compliance, and employee compensation administration in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities / Job Description

  • Process monthly payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
  • Maintain and validate employee data, attendance, and leave records
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
  • Handle payroll inputs such as incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and final settlements
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll reconciliation and reporting
  • Generate payslips, payroll reports, and statutory filings
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and deductions
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll records

Authority

  • Access to payroll systems and employee compensation data
  • Authority to validate payroll inputs and flag discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for payroll-related approvals

    Job Specification / Competency

    • Qualification: MSW/MBA HR
    • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing
    • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, SAP and MS Excel
    • Good understanding of statutory compliances and labor laws
    • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
