Job Description
Civil Engineer with Min 5 years of experience in executing industrial construction projects such as factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and infrastructure works. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and project progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities

Project Execution
-
Execute civil works for industrial projects such as foundations, RCC structures, floors, roads, and utilities.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Site Supervision
-
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure safety and quality standards.

Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and manpower on site.

Planning & Coordination
-
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project managers.
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Quality Control
-
Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
-
Monitor material quality, concrete works, reinforcement, and finishing works.

Billing & Documentation
-
Verify contractor bills and measurements.

Prepare BOQ, DPR, and progress reports.
-
Maintain site documentation and records, JMR.
-
Material Management
-
Plan and track construction materials required at site.

Coordinate with procurement for timely material supply.

Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to site safety regulations and industrial safety standards.
Required Skills
-
Strong knowledge of RCC works, foundations, industrial flooring, and structural works.

Experience in industrial plant construction or factory projects.

Ability to read structural drawings and construction drawings.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera (preferred).

Good coordination and communication skills.
Educational Qualification

B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preferred Experience

Experience in automotive, aerospace, Forging, manufacturing plants, site developments
-
Exposure to large industrial campus or greenfield projects or brown field projects.
