Job Description: 
  • Customer Complaints & CAPA: Own the customer complaint process; ensure swift, permanent Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) using 8D methodologies to prevent repeat issues.

  • In-Process Quality: Monitor the shop-floor QA team, track internal rejection trends, and immediately initiate CAPA for major line defects.

  • QMS & Audits: Maintain absolute IATF 16949/ISO 9001 compliance across the floor via regular process and product audits.

  • Change Management: Serve as the QA gatekeeper for all process, tooling, or engineering changes to ensure product integrity and clear clean points.

  • Resource Planning: Manage and optimize monthly department manpower budgeting and shift allocation.
