Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and Tier-1 customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in automotive and industrial sectors.
  • Achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with customers for RFQs, quotations, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Support new product development and business acquisition activities.

Customer Management

  • Act as the key interface between customer and internal teams.
  • Monitor customer schedules, forecasts, and order execution.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.

Marketing & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations.
  • Support strategic planning for new market penetration.
  • Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and technical discussions.

Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with PPC, production, quality, finance, logistics, and stores teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Monitor payment collections and overdue status.
  • Track tooling costs, project timelines, and launch activities.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain RFQ tracker and customer database.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Support management reviews with business performance data.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualification

  • BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering

Experience Required

  • Typically 8–12 years in automotive sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience handling OEM customers preferred.
