Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and Tier-1 customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in automotive and industrial sectors.
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with customers for RFQs, quotations, pricing, and negotiations.
- Support new product development and business acquisition activities.
Customer Management
- Act as the key interface between customer and internal teams.
- Monitor customer schedules, forecasts, and order execution.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
Marketing & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations.
- Support strategic planning for new market penetration.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and technical discussions.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with PPC, production, quality, finance, logistics, and stores teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor payment collections and overdue status.
- Track tooling costs, project timelines, and launch activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain RFQ tracker and customer database.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and dashboards.
- Support management reviews with business performance data.
Required Skills

- Commercial and costing knowledge
- SAP / ERP knowledge preferred
- Presentation and MIS reporting skills
- Cross-functional coordination ability
Preferred Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering
Experience Required
- Typically 8–12 years in automotive sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience handling OEM customers preferred.
