Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities.

  1. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components/products.
  2. Check dimensions and product parameters using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
  3. Follow approved inspection standards, drawings, specifications, and control plans.
  4. Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
  5. Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records.
  6. Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
  7. Assist in handling customer complaints and internal quality issues.
  8. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, and other departments to resolve quality problems.
  9. Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected/non-conforming material.
  10. Participate in quality improvement and continuous improvement activities.
  11. Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality management system standards such as ISO/IATF, where applicable.
  12. Support audits and maintain required quality documentation.
  13. Learn and apply quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Poka-Yoke, and SPC.
  14. Required Skills:-
    1. Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality-control processes.
    2. Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
    3. Basic understanding of 7 QC Tools and problem-solving techniques.
    4. Good communication.
    5. Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel and Word.
    6. Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
