Job Description:
- Assist in the development and execution of New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to production.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documents, BOMs, drawings, APQP documents, and project reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Customers to ensure timely project completion.
- Support product trials, validation activities, process improvements, and root cause analysis during development.
- Follow company quality, safety, and PQCDSM standards while continuously enhancing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
