Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX and AutoCAD
• Design and develop tooling systems, including forging dies and moulds
• Conduct detailed tool design analysis and ensure manufacturability
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation
• Collaborate with production teams to support die trials and troubleshooting
• Implement improvements in tool life, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Siemens NX (essential)
  • AutoCAD 
• Expertise in:
  • 3D modeling
  • 2D drafting
  • Tool design and mould design
• Knowledge of:
  • Forging die design (preferred)
  • Forging processes and operations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hot / cold forging die design
• Understanding of material behavior in forging
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and tooling concepts
• Exposure to simulation tools (optional advantage)
