Job Description:
- Update and maintain daily SCM data accurately and on time.
- Prepare and circulate daily SCM reports across the Pantnagar cluster.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material availability and deliveries.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and related supply chain activities.
- Monitor daily supply chain operations and resolve routine operational issues.
- Support inventory planning, order tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure timely documentation and maintain accurate SCM records.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement for seamless operations.
- Assist in preparing periodic SCM reports and performance metrics.
- Perform other supply chain-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
