• Maitenance of  Fanuc Robot, CNC, VMC, HMC, Griniding, Boaring such as NTC, Makino,Ace micromatic,Toyoda,BFW machines. • ID,OD Grinding , Exposure on SPM, Hydraulic , Pneumatic press , VMC & auxiliaries like chip conveyor , scrap conveyor , centrifugal system

• Exposure in Mechtronix( Mechnical, Hydraulic,Pneumatic)

• Participation in on job traing , Safety observation tours, planning for regular maintenance

• Knowlegdge of Reconditioning of machine

• Logic modification , improvement as per requirements , concept freezing, for improvement and execution 

• Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools

• Coordinating with management and executing multiple tasks in alignment with installation & erection functions; reviewing related documentation at all stages of project delivery
