Job Description:
- Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, and other production machines.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production losses due to equipment breakdowns.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, and CNC control system issues.
- Maintain and repair CNC/VMC machines equipped with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar control systems.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring machine failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor machine health through predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management, and condition monitoring.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, alignment, and acceptance of new machines and production equipment.
- Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules using a CMMS or maintenance management system.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, machine history, downtime analysis, and spare parts consumption.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and optimize inventory levels.
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians through training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Projects teams to improve machine reliability and productivity.
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company maintenance procedures.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control maintenance costs without compromising machine reliability.
