Key Responsibilities:-

1. Identify problems and assist in troubleshooting machine breakdowns.
2. Ensure machines are maintained as per preventive maintenance schedules.
3. Monitor machine condition and identify abnormal noise, vibration, leakage or other abnormalities.
4. Execute daily/weekly/monthly preventive maintenance activities.
5. Monitor critical machine parameters and report abnormalities.
6. Support TPM and machine reliability improvement activities.

Skills Required:-

• Basic knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and manufacturing processes
• Basic understanding of automation systems
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Understanding of preventive maintenance
• Basic knowledge of PLC & sensors 
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
