Job description: Machine Shop Maintenance Shift Incharge manages shift-wise machinery upkeep, executes preventive schedules, and resolves equipment breakdowns. Key duties center on minimizing machine downtime and supporting production goals.

Looking for candidates with Induction hardening Maintenance expereince 
Education Diploma or Graduate 
Expereince - 7 10 Years 

Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance:CNC System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair CNC control faults, servo drives, PLC inputs/outputs, and HMI panels (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi CNC controls)

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:Execute shift-wise mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine idle time.

Uptime & Performance Tracking:Monitor key metrics like Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

Induction Hardening Care: Maintain induction heating generators, cooling towers, Chillers,coils, quench systems, and mechanical handling elements. Preference: GH induction Hardening and Inductotherm Hardening.

Run daily, weekly, and monthly servicing schedules to keep machines accurate and reliable.

Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PM routines, routine checks, and predictive maintenance protocols.

Shift Operations & Team Management: Supervise shift maintenance technicians, assign daily tasks, and manage shift handovers and logbooks.

Spares & Resource Planning: Ensure availability of critical spare parts, tools, and consumables for immediate repair needs

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with the production and quality teams to align maintenance windows with manufacturing targets.

EHS & LOTO Adherence: Enforce strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance

Shop-Floor Standards: Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and clear any hazardous conditions in the machine shop.
