1. Job Purpose

To ensure reliable operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical systems, CNC machines, and plant utility equipment in an automotive component manufacturing facility.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. CNC Machine Electrical Maintenance

• Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC turning, VMC, HMC, grinding, and other automotive machining equipment.

• Troubleshoot CNC machine electrical systems, servo drives, spindle drives, PLCs, sensors, encoders, and control circuits.

• Work on CNC controllers such as FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and other relevant systems.

• Diagnose machine breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Support machine installation, commissioning, shifting, and production line setup activities.
